'Future Kids is super excited to bring you a new series; Fitness Friday! We will doing weekly fitness programs for kids to follow along. All of our workouts are meant to keep kids active at home! So let\'s get going! This week our fitness program is a circuit workout with four exercises. Each exercise will be done for 30 seconds each. Your goal is to get through each circuit 2-5 times in a workout. These workouts can be done with ZERO equipment and are safe for kids of all ages. The goal is to get up and keep moving.
